My experience at the hotel was mixed. While the staff at the reception desk was nice, I struggled to get in touch with anyone before my stay, which was concerning. The rooms had some redeeming qualities but weren't well-maintained overall. Additionally, I was disappointed by the cleanliness — I encountered some roaches during my stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Our family trip was mixed. The location was fantastic and we found the staff very welcoming. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had some maintenance issues, and the condition of the hot tubs was below expectations.
